1. Purpose of AI Features

Vali may use AI-powered features to help personalize cycling plans, organize training inputs, improve ride recommendations, adjust plan guidance, summarize progress, and support a smoother in-app experience.

2. Nature and Limits of AI Output

AI-generated suggestions, summaries, or recommendations are provided for informational and fitness-planning purposes. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsafe for a particular user, or inappropriate for a specific road, route, event, health condition, or environment.

AI output may contain errors or assumptions. You should not rely on Vali as your only source of judgment for training, safety, health, route selection, equipment, weather, traffic, or event preparation.

3. User Responsibility

You remain responsible for how you use ideas or suggestions generated through Vali. You should apply judgment, ride safely, follow traffic laws, use appropriate equipment, and consider your health, weather, route conditions, and local environment.

Stop any workout or ride if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, chest discomfort, confusion, severe fatigue, or any other concerning symptom.

4. No Medical, Emergency, or Professional Advice

AI features in Vali do not replace licensed professional advice. They should not be relied on as medical direction, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, certified coaching, nutrition counseling, legal advice, or any other regulated professional service.

Vali is not an emergency service. If you believe you may have a medical emergency or are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

5. Personalized Inputs

Vali may use information you provide, such as riding goals, schedule, terrain, fitness level, preferences, and progress, to personalize AI-assisted recommendations.

The quality of recommendations may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Vali's AI-related features to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or harmful content. You may not attempt to bypass safety systems, generate instructions for dangerous conduct, interfere with the service, or misuse AI features in a way that harms others.

7. Safety, Review, and Moderation

We may monitor, review, limit, or disable certain AI features to protect users, improve quality, and reduce harmful or misleading outputs. We may update prompts, filters, training logic, or system behavior over time.

We may also block prompts, outputs, or uses that appear unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with our policies.

8. Data and Improvement

We may use interaction data related to AI-enabled features to improve product quality, plan relevance, performance, safety, and user experience, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to AI Features

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue AI-related features at any time as the product evolves, including changes made for safety, quality, legal compliance, platform requirements, or product direction.
