Subscription Terms

Certain Vali features may require a paid subscription. Subscription access may include personalized cycling plans, ride recommendations, progress tools, training adjustments, premium features, and other member-only functionality.

Subscription features may change over time as Vali improves, provided that the overall service remains reasonably consistent with the nature of the offering.

Vali currently offers subscription options of $79.99 per year and $14.99 per month. Pricing may vary by region, currency, taxes, app store rules, promotions, and platform fees.

The price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or promotional details shown at checkout in the app store or payment flow are the terms that apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges through the payment method associated with your account or app store profile.

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment management according to Apple's terms and your Apple ID settings.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation generally stops future renewals, but access may continue through the remainder of the billing period already paid for.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, you must manage cancellation through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel your subscription.

Refund eligibility depends on how your subscription was purchased and applicable law. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are generally governed by Apple's refund rules and processes.

We do not control Apple refund decisions for App Store purchases. If Apple issues a refund, premium access may end immediately or at another time determined by Apple or Vali.

Vali may offer trials, discounts, or promotional pricing from time to time. Unless stated otherwise in the offer, standard billing begins automatically after the promotional period ends.

Promotions may be limited by eligibility, region, platform, duration, or availability, and may be changed or discontinued where permitted by law.

Subscription prices may not include taxes, fees, currency conversion charges, or app-store charges. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or charges required by your purchase platform or jurisdiction.

We may change subscription prices in the future. Any price change will apply only after notice required by applicable law or app-store rules. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

If a payment method fails or a charge is declined, we or the applicable app store may retry billing, suspend premium access, or ask you to update your payment details before continued use of subscription features.

A Vali subscription gives access to app features. It does not guarantee any fitness improvement, event result, health outcome, injury prevention, or specific training result.

If you have questions about billing, cancellations, or subscription access, please contact us through the Vali website or app support channels. For App Store purchases, Apple may also need to assist with billing, cancellation, or refunds.
